Colleagues and students within these buildings may experience some noise and disruption, although all efforts will be made to limit this to the minimum.

The project within the MAB will broadly consist of refurbishing the third floor north east and north west floor plates (Finance and Human Resources Departments), replacing lighting to the ground floor Student Services floor plate, replacement of chiller systems within the plant room, modifications to the ventilation system throughout the building, installation of a maintenance walkway to the roof, repairs to the roof mounted smoke vents and upgrade of finishes in the public areas.

Works to the MHT will consist of replacing roof mounted plant and renewing finishes to the ground floor corridor with the aim of creating a Learning Corridor.

Concurrent with this will be the replacement of the lift car within the MHT building.

Regular updates on the building works will be posted on this blog, by e-mail and on posters within the buildings.
